ApplyDeskAI is a personal productivity tool for job seekers. You may use it for your own job search. You may not use it to generate content for others commercially, scrape data, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the system.
Your content
You own your resume, job descriptions, and any content you provide. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content to generate the outputs you request. We do not claim ownership of your content.
AI-generated content
Content generated by ApplyDeskAI is produced by AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using it. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated content.
Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or attempt to misuse the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@applydeskai.com.
Limitation of liability
ApplyDeskAI is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about job search outcomes, interview success, or offer rates. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
